Rowen came to Catmohsphere with his mama and siblings after his human family was evicted from their home in Los Angeles. Rowen is very shy due to living on the streets. However, once comfortable he purrs in his foster mom’s arms. Rowen also loves to play! Rowen will do best with a patient family to allow him to bloom in his new home.
