Just over 7 weeks old, these babies were found in a trash can by a truck driver. There were 8 newborns with no mama in sight. One baby didn’t make it, one had a degloved paw & there were 6 other babies. The initial rescuer kept the one with the degloved paw and a sibling for companionship. The wonderful Dawn, drove to Hemet to pick up these 5 sweet orange babies.  With a bit of a detour thanks to the Rabbit fire hence their names. 

Introducing: Peter, Roger, Thumper, Benjamin, and Rabbit.

Bottle baby Rabbit! He is the neediest of the boys and gets a 10 out of 10 on the neediness scale… he’s also quickly become foster mom’s favorite.
