Fiona and Lucita

Looking for a loving and cuddling forever home for Fiona and Lucita who are female bonded domestic cats. Fiona is an eight year old Russian Blue. She is lean and agile, mostly getting attached to one specific person as is common for the breed. Although, while quite shy at first, she is very sweet and friendly. She is the alpha of the two and is very motherly with Lucita. Fiona is not picky about her food and is litter boxed trained with no issues. She sleeps most of the time, but when she is awake, enjoys playing with her sister, as well as with her caregiver. Her favorite activities are running and jumping with the prompt to strings, feathers, or ribbons. She is extremely soft and loves to cuddle in laps and tummies. She is not a big fan of being picked up and held however, as she likes to be completely in control of her environment.

Lucita is an eight year old polydactyl tabby. She is plump and loves everyone! She is a talker and enjoys response to her pleas with tummy rubbing, brushing, combing and any amount attention you give. She does not nap as often as Fiona, and when awake she enjoys playing with string toys from a laying position and when catching her prey (the string), she will drag it away. She is not a lap cat, but she does love to lay on her caregiver's chest or just cuddle up next to you wherever you go. In fact, she will follow you often because she so enjoys being around others.

Living habits: Both Fiona and Lucita are primarily indoor cats, but have been allowed to spend time outdoors (which they love), with supervision and curfews. They have never been allowed outdoors after dusk and through the night. Fiona likes to explore, but stays very close to home.

Lucita on the other hand, never indicates needing to be exploring, like Fiona, but rather, she prefers to hang out and sleep on the patio. I think she knows her limitations being a polydactyl. Having the extra digits makes her a bit clumsy and not able to climb trees and such very well.

Indoors, they are used to a quieter home, but enjoy music and hanging out with their caregiver while, watching tv or the like. They are both slightly sensitive to very loud noises so may find some place quieter.

Fiona will sleep on the bed at night. Both will join you in the morning in the bed. Quite often, they will nap and sleep cuddled together. They absolutely are very easy girls.
